Today, we found a very simple solution to a serious problem our customer was facing.
She made a mistake when sending inventory to Amazon:
The expiration date on the outer packaging was incorrect.
It was supposed to be June 2026, but her team mistakenly labeled it as June 2025 — which is just around the corner.
We were about to create a removal order, not wanting to take any risks.

Since she also sells on other channels like Shopify, why not use MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) and ship that Amazon inventory to Shopify customers?
